Tom LaMendola was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, northwest of Chicago. Tom graduated from Guilford High School at the top of his class and received seven academic collegiate scholarships. He chose to attend Arizona State University (because of its high national business accreditation) where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. This degree has benefited Tom throughout his successful sales career.

After graduation (and backpacking through Europe for two months), Tom landed a job as a Marketing Analyst for a California-based real estate research company. A few years later, Tom decided to enter the commercial/industrial real estate arena for Del Webb Corporation and earned his Arizona real estate license in 1986.

Although Tom enjoyed a successful and rewarding career as a commercial/industrial specialist, he chose to change his area of expertise to residential real estate in 1997 due to his many friends and acquaintances needing properties. His prior success with commercial/industrial real estate served as a spring-board to being a consistent  producer and receiving recognition from his colleagues as an accomplished professional that pays close attention to details. While utilizing his excellent negotiating skills and understanding of the current marketplace, Tom has consistently netted his sellers maximum profits and saved his buyers tens of thousands of dollars.

He and his wife Michelle, their children, Nicholas and Isabella, and their Labrador Retriever, Harley, reside in Chandler, Arizona.
